This building was designed to be office for the first and second floor. The third floor was for residential use. The exterior of this building is minimal design, mostly with polished plastering finishing, steels and glasses. While our client used the delicated finishing material and fine decoration for the interior.

This was an entire building renovation project. We modified and improved the existing building structure besides building finiishing. Landscape work, carpark, pavement, built in furnitures and loose furnitures were also in our services for this project.

We renovated and extended the old office building in the factory to be a modern office. The existing structure and some finishings of the old building were kept. However, the newly renovated building still met our client’s concept which was a happy workplace.
